Niles Main Street Association is a charitable organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Niles Main Street Association are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Niles Main Street Association is a member of the California Main Street Alliance.

NMSA board members meet once a month on every first Thursday of the month. We are slowly transitioning from virtual meetings to in-person meetings. We reserve 7-10 minutes in every meeting for public comments. If you would like to bring forth a matter for discussion or are interested in attending a meeting, send an email to info@niles.org for an invitation to the meeting.
